COVID-19 POLICIES
What our practitioners are doing to protect you:

-Practicing a new standard of sanitizing and cleaning of high-use areas.
-Pre-screening all patients.
-Encouraging physical distancing in the waiting area.
-Using personal protective equipment throughout the clinic and during treatments.
-Having limited seating to avoid high traffic in the common areas.
-Removal of highly contacted items in the waiting area including magazines, brochures, water dispenser, and children’s toys.
-Hand-washing station is also available prior to entering the treatment room.

What you can do to help keep our clinic and staff safe, we kindly request the following:
-If you have experienced or been in contact with anyone with a fever, cough, trouble breathing/shortness of breath, or flu-like symptoms in the last two weeks, or have travelled in the last 14 days, please do not visit the clinic; contact us to reschedule your appointment and refer to the BCCDC website (http://covid-19.bccdc.ca ) for information on self-assessment support and lab testing.
-To protect yourself and others, if possible wear a cloth/disposable mask to your appointment.
-Arrive no earlier than the time of your appointment to avoid gathering in the waiting area.
-Upon arrival please wash or sanitize your hands before entering the designated treatment room.
-Keep 6 feet apart from others in the waiting area when waiting to process payment or scheduling any appointments.
